During the 2022 crypto winter, the management continue to hire many people as they don't have any budget plan. At the 2023 year end, they realize this was a strategic mistake and immediately lay off tons of people. The handling was a disaster as they don't understand every employee works due to the lack of communication, they just pick someone from different team to fire without any prior notification. No handovers are made and leaving many questions to the existing employees. The interesting thing is the management keep paying a higher salary to recruit more talkative senior and executive grade leading to a very unbalanced and unfair company structure. If you are a junior grade, don't expect the senior can supervisor you as you have to educate them back at most of the time.
