Compared to our competitors, our portfolio stands out significantly, making it easy for people to get out of bed each day. We are working together with a young and diverse team, which allows to learn about various cultures and engage in interesting conversations.

There have been significant managerial changes over the past few years, leaving some people unsatisfied. We transitioned to a hierarchical structure with heads, leads and directors, back to a completely flat organization led by the founders. Additionally, we have faced challenges in distributing and sharing knowledge among individuals, verticals and teams. This has resulted in high-pressure situations where people were not fully equipped to meet project delivery expectations.
