Pay was good, lots of free/down time, good benefits, stock option, and 401k was spectacular, great co workers

No clear vision of the company, terrible with business decisions, rapidly losing money, 85% sales focused, 15% repair and customer focused. Not flexible with scheduling even for religious reasons. No growth for employees looking to move up.
