AutoX has been a fantastic company to work for. During my 2 years here I've been impressed with the progresses we have made. I'm especially thrilled about the recent growth of the company. We have grown the team significantly and globally, and with a strong focus on the hardware side -- fairly rare around Silicon Valley! Very impressing with the management's leadership and maturity in managing the hardware department. My work involves a lot of cross-team collaboration and people are generally very collaborative.

Startups are not for everybody. Work culture definitely demands more devotion and better communication skill than large companies. You need to voice out your real opinions during meetings and discussions, rather than being silent at meetings but complain to co-workers afterwards -- that is really not welcome here.
