They also offer a vast amount of free software through the parent relationship with Microsoft. There seems to be quite an emphasis people being their assets which is refreshing to show that they seem to genuinely care about their employees, and don't just see them as a number.

Hit or miss with travel, if you want to travel sometimes it seems like there is no work traveling, and if you want to stay local, there is no local work. Sometimes project might not be the latest and greatest technology you might want to work with.
