Honestly this company is a joke. The interview is easy, and they will probably offer anyone a job, but that's because they will let you go in a minute. So, if you have a fulltime permanent job, please do not leave it for this company. All their job is project based, and they rarely have enough project, so they are constantly hiring and letting people go, like it means nothing to them. And yes, they will lie to you and say, if there's no project you can "go on the bench and learn" that's BS, once you go on the bench, you are as good as out the door. And even if you do get another project, you must interview for the project with every other person on the bench, these projects have no clear guideline on its requirements. So, most of the time, projects are not assigned based on skills, but based on friendship. Their management clearly have no clue what they are doing and constantly mismanaged their budget. If you want a job that offers zero job security and where you will constantly be interviewing for your position, then be my guest. Trying to save you a lot of time and grief. I can't believe I left a very good secured job for this joke of a company. Lesson well learnt.
