They might pay you well, but run away. You'll be so worried while "on the bench", you will take any project. Those projects will determine your next job, because of the non relevant skills you will gain. You will fall behind by 2 years. Avoid this company at all costs. I've fallen behind by 3 years, and I regret joining this company. I have learned nothing, because I have been on random projects, that have not added value to my core skills. My career track has been derailed. Don't waste your time and don't let them determine your career, instead you should control that.
