Work will vary project by project but you can create your own opportunities by specializing in new and hot areas and by getting more involved in supporting sales to open or expand customers relationships. Travel and being stuck on a tough project even though there is now more focus on local work in the new US org model. Have to learn to protect the personal time. Sometimes customers are not aware or willing to try the new Microsoft technologies which could be better than what they are using. Finding time to train on all the new releases.
