This place changed for the worse over the last few years. They have an excellent new US president. But they have ZERO loyalty to tenured employees. So watch your back. You MUST be client relevant and billable if you’re in the consulting workforce or your days are numbered. If you volunteer or are asked to perform an internal role, get out of it as soon as you can because they don’t care to see you develop or grow in the role and you’ll have a huge target on your back.
