- You'll find nice people here - You'll learn new technologies and some industry standards

Svantaggi

- You'll get laughable pay - You'll get stepped on when you try to improve things or point at things that are bad - You'll have no career ladder and be stuck in the same position with the same pay with more and more responsibility added to you - You might get yelled at or patronized by management as a sign of their "superiority" and ego - Every single ounce of profit is more important than the wellbeing of an employee or their health (shown in Covid-19 precautions), even if the money is plentiful - Most senior employees leave the company (even at mass, like 12 mostly leads and seniors at one day) and you'll be stuck with only untrained juniors and more responsibility on your plate

Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

Svantaggi

Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above. CEO / Finance seems out of touch with issues in the development process. High turn over rate. Pay for most roles isn't competitive for the industry. Not many office perks beyond a few fridges and a microwave.
