Cons Cons and Cons only. I am not trying to hate but this is definitely the worst company to work for. There is no HR system at all. No HR management. Your manager is your HR only and he controls everything. The higher ups have been sitting in this company for far to long and just enjoying their comfort. They are probably 10 years behind the current EV domain and just want to advertise that they are working on EV technology. There is no growth, not in terms of technology nor in terms of money. They use all legacy and old technology and managers don't even bother to upgrade to market level. They are way below market level and no growth in career. The managers just want a bunch of sycophants who are just mediocre engineers. No freedom. No fun. Just a dumb company. God knows how this company survives. Best advice is avoid this company. Let those old geriatric managers enjoy their time here until they retire.
