      I have spent a few months volunteering at Clifton Books and Music in Bristol. The staff is incredibly friendly, the volunteering hours are very flexible, and I've learnt so much about retail and customer service!

      There's obviously no financial compensation for this role, but it has been really rewarding and I'll take what I have learned into a paid role in the future.
