Hi level management is totally clueless and reckless (an awful combination). They are driving a successful company to the ruins. Not sure how much longer the company will stay afloat.

Old-fashioned work culture where you're expected to execute without question. Excessive overtime work, release cycles are chaotic, and there's little appetite for improving systems or sustainability, it's all about following orders rather than thinking critically.
