      We value your transparency and input that during your time at Calix your work/life balance was not positive. With a strong percentage of our workforce being virtual and our workplace site team members working in newly renovated worksites, we have received a great deal of positive input regarding our work environments. That said, our transition to an all platform, software and services company took a great deal of effort from our team. We could not have had our successful transformation without a ton of smart people, as you noted, that enabled Calix to be where we are today. Thank you for your contribution!

      Old-fashioned work culture where you're expected to execute without question. Excessive overtime work, release cycles are chaotic, and there's little appetite for improving systems or sustainability, it's all about following orders rather than thinking critically.
