Good working environment for the most part. People are nice. Stable revenue flow.

Svantaggi

Has a bad HR crew especially on the top. Overpaid, Underworked, untrustworthy. HR is full of untalented Sr employees get paid big chunk but they hire consultants to do their job. They take care of themselves and go under the radar. Most of them don't show up to work in locations besides the ones working in HQ. Once you are hired, it is hard to get salary increase even if you are promoted. HR's tap runs dry for others.
