Good place for low quality people, who delay things for years. Attracts talent for Service Companies. Insecure people from first line Managers till VP and beyond. Very less pay, that's one of the reason they hire from service companies and less talented people. You can understand why there are so many reviews with "5" rating, because they have to maintain this rating to hide actual work culture.
