Great career growth and flexibility. Hires top level talent and has been growing at an incredible rate while keeping it's core values in focus and not straying from it's principles or vision. The people are amazing and the culture is energetic and focused. CapTech emits a work hard play hard mentality and lives up to it. I love it here.
