If you speak up your voice will be heard - of course there will always be people who are put on tough projects or in the wrong role due to one reason or another. That's just the consulting world. But if you raise your concerns and have a clear focus on what you want to pursue the management will try their best to get you there. They have an amazing employee retention rate and are good at building bonds within the company.
