Vantaggi
I've been here long enough now to know that this is a company that is more than just a pitch. This is a company that truly lives & rewards by its core values. As an example, we take 15 minutes every Friday in the office just to give shout-outs to our peers who have done something great that exemplifies our values. In the Denver office, I believe we have leadership that cares about me (and everyone here) and my career, knows me personally, and tries to do what's best for our team. More than anywhere else I've worked, I have more direct access to my office and company leadership. If I need my office lead, a national practice lead, a technology SME, or CXO, it doesn't take more than an email, text, or phone call. In my project work, I'm impressed by the caliber of people I get to work with. These are people with the same (or greater) skill & drive as the top 4, but less ego, more collaboration, and more commitment to success as a team.
Svantaggi
I don't have any gripes. Every company has things to improve on, but I see CapTech is committed to recognizing where it can improve and taking steps to do it. The things that I've seen people get frustrated about seem to have more to do with the consulting industry, than CapTech the company. It's a competitive job market right now and some people are always going to be chasing greener grass.
