Now, CapTech is emerging out of COVID with resilience and poise and has stronger internal processes, a better One CapTech approach, and a focus on people. Overall, CapTech is is a good place work and grow your career. Charlotte has a strong support system, talented consultants, good leadership, and good client work. It is company worth keeping an eye on.
