Aricent has just beginning to realize that they have to change and adapt fast to a changing world. Most of the company are steeped up in the old world. Todays keywords are cloud, mobile, convergence , security and they have to invest. If we dont see Aricent investing in some of the modern technologies and concepts, we will soon be irrelevant. We need more clients, not just in the wired and wilreless world. We need great sales guys who think out of the box, and invest in building client relationships and growing accounts marketing is poor or non existent. no brand visibility outside Aricent campus I miss the old Aricent /Hughes , where we were highly respected and much sought after
