surrounded by Good talented people. Good onsite oppurtunities(Depends on the project and management).

Svantaggi

Should know how management works. The performance management is the worst part in Aricent, where the employees are chucked out immediately without considering any fact of how the person was useful before to the organization. In case of transfer, if you are not in terms with the current manager, then you are inviting trouble for yourself.

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
