I have been working here for more than 11 years. Got good opportunity to learn, experiment (but depends on the group you are in). Seniors are approachable, work environment is ok (but that too depends on your manager). Flexible time culture. Company is able to sustain in bad telecom times longer than others (although you can be thrown out if your performance is not good).

Work/Life balance not good if you are a good performer. You'll need to put in effort to maintain it (and then you'll no longer be a good performer). People who spend their nights get better rewarded (not considering the actual output). Management role is more on showing good quality on papers rather learning from experience. Also reducing onsite opportunities.
