Terrible management, manager will never address your issue and will always blame you if you don't understand any process. Training is for name sake only and they won't clear any of your doubts, everytime you need help you'll be told to go and Google. Career growth is very slow and there's a bond if 2 years which makes things even worse. Most important thing that they hide, the profile for which you are hired can be different to the work you do. I being Associate Network Engineer was part of Cloud Support Team (more servicedesk type role) at client site. Manager's behavior is very rude, they will shout at you and will treat you very bad in front of entire team if you fail to understand anything and complaint about any senior team member. Your dignity and respect will surely get hurt if you are a part of altran so be prepared in advance.
