Worst Management that listen and gives rating to those people who lick there foot.manager centric company who don't care about there employees. Manager doing micromanagement.
I have given KT to those resource who don't know java.I knew people who did nothing in there project still got 2 rating.Manager had scolded in daily stand-up.Everybody is leaving the account means there are lots of issues in ground level.
I highlighted these account level issues but there is no impact.Manager got unit ambassador award.
Dont join this company because
If u are doing good in ur project and u are not in good book of ur manager then u will get 4 rating.
You can't escalate or reject rating that u got so u have only one option put down the paper.
They don't care about your technology.
Hike - will not get much hike(2 to 4%)
