Quite low salary. Not the worst, but even compared to other companies in Italy it is not a good salary. Also, projects sometimes can be a little unorganized, so a lot of creativity and proactive spirit is required. Career advancement can be quite slow, as is the case in most Italian companies. You have to push and ask to be recognized and be given more responsibility.
