This is not the same company which was knows for its policies in past (During Flextronics , Hughes time) . HR policies , Management Policies are being revised and that too against the employee benefits .Attrition rate is quiet high (as large as 35% in some BU's) , Lack of Big and Stable projects , Clients.Recently One of its Major Client left them.They might even face the same fate as Sasken when Nortel went backrupt. Total restructuring of organisation ongoing after new CEO joined the company.
