Vantaggi

Really good team to take care of mobility through the globe and a good expatriation package. I've felt freedom about my remote work that was a really good point because permits a good work/life balance, and especially my dev team is awesome. Has basic benefits but good ones such as health insurance and food subsidy.

Svantaggi

Ineffective management team I got the impression that anyone doesn't listen to me well and tries to find a solution to my issues, this generates really shallow discussions. Salaries don't match the other business on the same branch and engineers' seniority sounds like doesn't matter, this makes me really disappointed and planning to leave the company. Policies to grow inside the business is very dark really impossible to understand and sounds like no one knows really well about it.
