Remember you are underpaid here throughout your tenure. -No promotion as they will never have positions even after getting best rating for 4 years consecutively -zero accountability zero visibility -Toxic work culture -senior people have resigned due to incompetent management -increments are a joke -weak HR and its policies -working weekends -no work life balance -managers call you during sick leaves/ at late nights -unnecessary panic created to keep everyone on toes
