I've felt truly supported since the selection process. The recruiters were very attentive, the onboarding was smooth and friendly, and even while being on the bench, I’ve felt the company values our skills and experience and makes sure we feel supported during that time.

Svantaggi

I’ve noticed some gaps when it comes to management. Sometimes managers have too many people to look after while also handling project responsibilities, which can make it hard to get quick responses or regular support.

- Standard benefits - Depending on the team you're on, can be a relatively easygoing environment - Ample vacation time, generally readily approved

- Far, FAR below market wage - No yearly raises or even discussion. With inflation, I'm making less now than I did previously. - Zero room for advancement (see below) - You can be a superstar for the client but that translates into no actual benefits pay or promotion wise at Capgemini - they're entirely unrelated. - My manager basically forgot I exist for over a year which means no discussion about performance, promotion, raises, etc - Opaque processes around pay, promotion, etc - Come here if you want your career and paycheck to stagnate and die - Zero appreciation or acknowledgement from the Capgemini team with the client - there's no carrot and stick, just the stick. No real reason to go above and beyond.
