ambiente di lavoro tranquillo, etico, conflittualità scarsa o nulla, stipendi buoni, carico di lavoro accettabile, buona collaborazione tra colleghi

Nonostante sia una società quotata e di grandi dimensioni, la gestione delle risorse umane è rimasta quella di un'aziendina degli anni '50: flessibilità oraria inesistente, smart working aborrito, premi attribuiti in maniera assolutamente discrezionale, gestione ferie-permessi problematica, struttura piramidale con accentramento in capo a pochissimi dirigenti ed appiattimento di tutte le altre figure (non esistono manager, o comunque non vengono trattati come tali), ecc. ecc.

Nothing that I can think of with the exception of hiring a lady that started Turing things around but they end up letting her go. There are few good people but there are lots of people that will “throw you under the bus” to score points with management

Long list ( read below) 1)Revolving door, 7+people quit in 3-4 months in different departments.and this is small company . 3 company presidents within 2 yrs ( that tells you a lot about stability and how they treat their people) 2)Low pay, much lower than market and they expect you to do 2-3 people job. When people quit they do not hire replacements, expect other people to pick up the slack 4) when you give them your resignation notice, they tell you that they are busy and you are not important. 5) very bad vacation policies but some people ( some new hires ) get twice or triple the amount that people been there for 10 yrs 6)no over time, they pay people 40 hrs but expect them to work after working hours, Saturdays and in some cases Sundays 7)No opportunities to grow and if you asked they will tell you No and this is not how we do it in Italy( you not allow to ask for promotion) , you are lucky that you have a job 9) people almost had fight , shouting and cursing in the middle of the office and management just watched.
