- Amazing work life balance. Management encourages taking time off, and they do by example. The company encourages folks live their lives while remaining dedicated to the cause and knows this leads to long term retention.
- The platform is really really cool. It does take a while to master, but honestly, there are not very many products in the HR tech space that boast the magnificent UI + Configurability that ChartHop does.
Svantaggi
- The company just went through a very challenging period, really putting the organization to the test. 4 sizeable RIFs took place over a 1.5 year period, and the company really scaled back and revisited its finances and burn rate. However, targets have since been recalibrated and the company has stabilized and successfully pivoted to a new product offering, HRIS. There are clear signs of growth and it will now take place at a much more steady, organic pace which bodes well for the future.
