Middle management was a little toxic

Product lines are interesting fun to work on, location to wonderful resources in Downtown Ann Arbor, employee luncheons

Favoritism amongst employees, lack of structure and organization in management, training for new hires nonexistent, work environment always chaotic, long hours that aren't reimbursed with extra pay or comped time, work place doesn't lend itself to much creative inspiration, not much of a "team" atmosphere
