Stipendio fisso, regolare e con ogni straordinario calcolato, ambiente giovanile, sede lavorativa pulita e spaziosa. lavoro adatto per prime esperienze, per chi non ha famiglia e per essere un lavoro di "passaggio"

firmi per un part-time ma ti ritrovi a fare straordinari ogni giorno, l'orario esce settimanalmente e se chiedi che ti venga tolto lo strao creano molti problemi e ovviamente il mese dopo non ti rinnovano il contratto. inoltre il contratto ti viene rinnovato il giorno stesso della scadenza del precedente creando nel lavoratore non poca ansia. competitività estrema.

Job security. People are generally great.

Job security was high because of so much turnover they couldn't let you go. Less leadership, more reactive management styles. too much red tape to get prospects through to close. Internal teams can hold up customer movements to close. Hourly pay.
