They hire young but talented engineers (MIT) and combine them with industry experienced managers/shop. Creates a fun culture and unique thinking.
Their Agile approach has shown really good results and seems to get better with each subsequent experience using it.
Have good customers and are able to build complex systems.

A lot of ups and downs as you'd expect with a young company in a difficult industry. Had some bad hires.
Terrible company culture. The CEO has no idea how to manage a company. He constantly insulted employees & even customers behind their back! There was a huge disconnect between sales and engineering. Seems like we would over-promise things to our customers and take on projects that we never had a chance to complete.
