Great benefits, mostly paid by the company, small contribution for myself with a child was a mere $56/pay - includes health, dental, vision. Your price will obviously be different, it's low cost and very good all in all. They reimburse your travel and expenses fairly, reimburse at a higher rate if you choose to make the company a "rider" on your car insurance, I didn't but recommend doing it for the extra reimbursement.

With any smaller company, especially IT, times can be challenging, emergencies pop up, it's IT.., the company more than rewards you with OT / time off, bottom line, they make it right and fair.
