A typical day is 9 and a half hours - Making for a 47.5 hour work week and you working 30 hours more per month than a typical 8 hour work day. To work here you have to be very bought into the company culture and be willing to commit/push yourself without any real incentives leading to high chances of being burned out from the combination of high workload, high stress, and low pay/benefits.
