The most important areas of the company are understaffed and overworked. Too much focus on client customizations and less on how to improve the existing product. Never time to get the grand ideas into production. There's a lot of segmentation throughout the company which makes it difficult to communicate, work together and make the best product. Disorganized. For a company that deals with insurance one would think the medical plans would be decent. Two high deductible options with an HSA, high premiums and embedded deductible are not great.
