Absolutely amazing schedule for nurses and really appreciate no on call, allows for a chance to have a realistic work/life balance.

Archaic infrastructure - everything is done on paper. Leads to a slow process when it comes to nursing. Can miss information easily. Paper MARs make med pass slow and sometimes stressful; too much of a chance to make med errors. Outdated technology. Med rooms need to be updated for proper work environment. Getting tasks done in a timely manner can be cumbersome due to having to run around campus so much.
