Just starting, there's some processes that need to be adjusted

I’ve had a really positive experience working at CookUnity. The culture is one of the strongest parts of the company — it’s collaborative, open, and genuinely supportive. It’s a fast-paced environment, but in a good way — there’s energy, ownership, and a lot of opportunity to make an impact. If you enjoy collaboration, transparency, and being part of a team that’s building something ambitious, this is a great place to be.

Things evolve quickly as the company scales, so you need to be comfortable with change. That said, it creates a lot of opportunity to have impact.
