We are actively hiring a lot of roles right now, our hiring plan for the next 6 months looks really busy so we are hoping this will help.       Really good group of people - all very skilled in their fields which means every day there is more to learn from my colleagues - and they are genuinely nice people too :-) Family friendly - supportive in flexibility of working hours Clear vision - straight talking and clear goals and direction Open culture - information is openly shared and everyone invited to contribute their thoughts Decisions made quickly - no bureaucracy, politics or hierarchy that you get at large or traditional companies Great product - can be proud that our product is genuinely making small business owners lives easier - really simplifies and automates the accounting process.
