Concerning the stress that you felt in your management, in all regions, we have put a strong focus on employee wellness with a large offer of Feelgood Initiatives by local Workplace teams, coupled with an offer of mental health support with professionals by an external service provider, we also have reinforced the communication about the importance of taking breaks.
