We believe that everyone at Criteo bring their unique talent and experience into work, encouraging Criteos to share their stories, whereas on the Criteo Blog or during specific internal events.
Offices have stayed closed as long as we weren't sure this was 100% safe for our employees to return: right from the beginning of COVID we implemented a partnership with external mental health professionals, including 5 sponsored psychological sessions, to support Criteos for who the remote situation was particularly hard to deal with.
We are sorry to hear that you felt treated like a number. It's really far from the experience we want to provide to our employees. We hope you are well and that you found the right place for you now.
