We're sincerely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and that you didn't felt cared for as an employee. The experience you describe is far from what we want to offer. We are strongly convinced that employees wellbeing is a key element of success. We have kept investing in various wellbeing initiatives, from having the Workplace team running weekly Feelgood initiatives in all regions, to having an internal campaign on the importance of taking breaks or even offering mental health support through an external provider with up to 5 appointments with a Mental Heath professional.
