We are really sorry to hear that you didn't feel supported during your time at Criteo. What you describe here does not reflect at all the experience that we want to offer to our employees.
We are strongly convinced that employees wellbeing is a key element of success. We keep investing in various wellbeing initiatives, from having the Workplace team running weekly Feelgood initiatives in all regions, to offering mental health support through an external provider with up to 5 appointments with a Mental Heath professional, while having regular internal campaigns acknowledging the importance of taking breaks. At the end of May, we have been offering a day off to all employees as a reward for their hard work.
