      It's difficult to work for a European company when you are based in the U.S. The growth opportunities are limited.

Sorry you had concerns around the growth opportunities - especially since we put in place a specific strategy with a significant % of promotions and career mobility in our Americas offices over the past year.       People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

      Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
