High focus on company culture, respect from upper management, relaxed office environment, respect for work life balance

Acquisition brought many changes including after hours work calls, tense office environment

Autonomy is position and responsibility. Generous expense account. Great support from Discovery Engineers. Constantly adapting to changes within EDD and computer forensics space and implementation of latest and greatest technologies to better accomodate needs of lients. Support marketing department when identifying new marketing opportunities is excellent.

Company attempting to grow too fast, lack of funds to pay employees- resulting in unwarranted termination, lack of job security. Updating of actual SBU when needed is totally lackluster. Little to no training of sales team and customer support. ESI work handled in corporate headquarters undercutting sales team actual sales productivity and compensation- effectiing compensation and quarterly bonus. Sales kept out of loop in regards to ongoing revenue generated from ongoing projects- negatively effecting compensation. Although the company adapts and remains in front of the curve in regards to service offerings- D4 is subpar in every other area.
