Great base pay and commission structure The people are amazing. Leadership is very supportive, especially if you work hard. They are not afraid to spend marketing dollars, so some sales reps get to go to a lot of conferences.

Svantaggi

The owner is very fickle. He does not stick with marketing and sales initiatives long enough for them to be effective. Plus he fires people without any warning (sometimes after less than a month). Also has fantastical ideas about the industry and markets they sell to. There is a lot of favoritism, especially with the owner. The market is already saturated, and this company is fighting to stay competitive. Sales are VERY hard to make. Benefits package SUCKS! They only provide healthcare, which is insanely expensive, and they don't match on the 401K.

* The CEO & owner are never far away, so if you need something, they are there to help, but they don't micromanage. * Can make a great wage with uncapped commission. * Family comes first * Improvements being made to adjust to growing into a larger company.

Svantaggi

* I would like to see more diversity within management. There is only 1 female executive (who has semi-retired) and 8 male executives combined. There really needs to be opportunities in management for women. * As with any startup, the benefits are not the best and there is no match to a 401K. I expect this to change as the company grows and becomes profitable. * There needs to be a corporate card provided to employees
