I've been working at the company for less than a year now, and I can say I feel very comfortable both within my team and with colleagues from other departments. The company's vision is clear and is communicated transparently directly by the Executive Leadership Team. There are no glass ceilings: direct communication is possible with all levels of the company, and career opportunities are open to everyone; the only determining factor is actual expertise and competence in the role. One final consideration, which is relating to something significant, given some of my previous experiences: the Human Resources department is clearly present, functioning effectively.

The company is going through a significant transition related to its expansion: some of its longest-serving colleagues, a significant number of people (given the very low turnover) in often senior positions, are reluctant to embrace change and consider a succession plan, forgetting that an individual's knowledge of company assets (processes, procedures, tools) is property of the company, not of the the individual. This attitude can create bottlenecks in the implementation of new solutions, slowing them down.
