70% of the work force is junior, starting their career, and that reflects in all internal processes: company events, junior leaders with big teams that tends to micro manage everything, big amount of sales enablement sessions that will block your calendar and you are not allow to skip, lots of unproductive internal meetings, etc. It is impossible to think out of the box, if you do, you will be punished. The company is international, but the team is not international oriented or goal-based. Lots of internal materials are in French, and processes are studied in the french market and strict implemented the same in the rest of countries
